Return & Exchange Policy

Return & Exchange Policy: You can return your items for a full refund, exchange, or store credit.  We allow a 10 day return or exchange policy which is effective starting on the delivery date of the order.  All items must be in new condition.  We have the right to refuse the return or exchange if the items appear damage.  

Free returns & Exchanges: We offer to pay for shipping costs if the return or exchange is due to a defect.  If the customer needs exchange for a second time on the same order the customer is responsible for the shipping costs on the second exchange.  

To make a Free Return or Exchange send us an email at sotacans@gmail.com.  Please provide your order number and which items you are returning.  If it is a return, we will issue the refund or store credit as soon as we receive them in the mail.  If it is an exchange, we will issue you a shipment for the new items once we receive them in the mail.
